Take a flexible tape measure and measure the circumference of your hand in the middle, leaving out your thumb. Please do not measure too tightly. Compare your result with our sizing below:

Small (7) = 17cm hand circumference 

Medium (8) = 19cm hand circumference 

Large (9) = 22cm hand circumference

X-Large (10) = 24cm hand circumference
